PITCHES

For me, pitch decks are not only about winning new business. They are an opportunity to show the customer that I understand their goals and that I can be a good advocate for their brand. Early trust is crucial to the success of the project.

FLEX ONBOARDING PITCH

Amazon Flex is the division of Amazon that is responsible for recruiting and training drivers to handle “last mile” delivery of packages.  The Flex team was looking to find a scalable solution for their Flex driver onboarding process.

This case study describes how I won the job and designed and art directed the project through completion.

It is not uncommon for agencies to reach out to me to help them build out pitches for projects that they are bidding on. This is one such deck that I created for the team at Strange and Wonderful. The bid was for a series of documentary style videos highlighting the features of the Beihai software. This pitch was successful and the agency won the project.

When I was heading up a creative team at Rational Interaction I put together this comprehensive pitch for a series of interview and tutorial videos targeted at web developers. The project ended up taking a different direction but the thoroughness of the well-researched pitch gained trust with the Azure team and it led to much more work.

I built this pitch as part of an effort that I lead to develop new business for Box Fort Studios. This presentation was intended for a group that was not familiar with the team, so half of the deck is an outline of capabilities and the other half is a pitch for a new project. At the meeting the capabilities portion prompted many further conversations about new work.
